2. The Service

LUNA13 provides a platform where users can request and purchase AI-generated solutions (including but not limited to design, video, text, and automation services). We act as an intermediary, curating certified experts to fulfill your requests.

3. User Accounts

To place an order or become a certified expert, you may be required to register an account or provide personal details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Orders, Payments, and Refunds

All orders are subject to acceptance by LUNA13. Prices for services are presented upon briefing and evaluation. Payments are processed securely. Due to the digital and custom nature of AI services, refunds are subject to our review and are typically provided only if the delivered work severely deviates from the agreed-upon brief.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to use the AI-generated deliverables for their intended commercial or personal use, subject to the licensing terms of the underlying AI models (e.g., Midjourney, OpenAI) used to create them. STONY LLC retains the right to use the final deliverables in our portfolio or marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is explicitly signed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida and applicable US law, STONY LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the LUNA13 platform or reliance on AI-generated deliverables.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
